1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Heaven Festivals website, mobile application, and all associated services operated by Heaven Eco Hub Ltd ("Heaven Festivals", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, all of which form part of our overall agreement with you.

2. Ticket Purchase

All ticket sales are final at the point of purchase, subject to the terms set out in our Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you enter into a binding contract for attendance at the specified event.

• • Age restrictions apply to certain events; where stated, entry is restricted to persons aged 18 and over
• • Valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at entry for all 18+ events; failure to produce valid ID will result in refusal of entry without refund
• • Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated on the individual event listing
• • Duplicate or fraudulent tickets will be voided without refund

Ticket prices are displayed inclusive of all applicable booking fees. We reserve the right to amend prices prior to purchase completion; once payment is confirmed, the agreed price is binding.

3. Event Conduct

Heaven Festivals are inclusive, safe, and positive spaces. All attendees are expected to treat one another and our staff with dignity and respect at all times.

The following are strictly prohibited at all Heaven events:

• • Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, disability, or any other characteristic
• • Violence, threatening behaviour, or physical intimidation of any kind
• • Possession or use of illegal substances on venue premises
• • Unauthorised commercial photography, video recording, or live streaming for commercial gain

Heaven Festivals reserves the right to remove any attendee from an event without prior warning and without entitlement to a refund where, in our sole and reasonable judgement, their conduct breaches these standards or poses a risk to others.

4. Intellectual Property

All branding, artwork, music, video content, copy, and digital assets associated with Heaven Festivals are the exclusive intellectual property of Heaven Eco Hub Ltd, unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Heaven Festivals content without our express written permission.

Personal, non-commercial sharing of event content (e.g., social media posts) is permitted provided clear attribution to Heaven Festivals is included.

5. $HEAVEN Token

The $HEAVEN token is a utility token designed to unlock access to event benefits, exclusive experiences, and community features within the Heaven Festivals ecosystem.

• • The $HEAVEN token is not a financial investment, security, or currency; it confers no ownership stake in Heaven Eco Hub Ltd
• • Token utility is subject to our separate Token Terms, which govern permitted uses and any restrictions
• • We do not guarantee any particular exchange value or liquidity for the $HEAVEN token
• • Token-related features may be updated, amended, or discontinued in accordance with our Token Terms

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Heaven Eco Hub Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or attendance at our events.

Events may be cancelled or materially altered due to force majeure circumstances including, but not limited to, severe weather, government restrictions, civil unrest, or other events beyond our reasonable control. In such circumstances, our Refund Policy shall apply.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email and/or a prominent notice on our website prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using our services and may request account closure.
